A recessed point inside the wall is better to ensure it’s completely flat. While we have had customers have a normal power point directly behind the mirror it can vary based on the electricians installation.
What's the weight of the mirror? It's not on the product page.

It may appear so but that is frameless.
that's where you're wrong, amigo. the leds are framing the mirror.
it may not have a structural frame as such but it's framed by a fringe of leds.
I suppose you’re right, the industry just refers to it that way.

Is it better to have a recessed point in the wall for this mirror? Or would it be fine over a normal power point? I am asking to know what would better allow the mirror to sit flat on the wall.
