Within 24 Hours an eSIM promo code will be added to your account which can be redeemed to any 1GB Klook eSIM (only Klook eSIM, they also sell other eSIM's on their website which are not part of this promotion, eSIMs are listed at the bottom of the page).

If you are a Gold Member of Klook, you will get further 2 promo codes of 1GB each after using the 1st promo code.

Haven't tried it but I assume this should work with new accounts as by default they get the basic Explorer membership which is eligible for 1GB.

I was also able to claim this on an account where I already claimed Newbie code previously.

    The promo codes are valid for 3 months from issuance. Remember to use them at checkout when booking travel eSIM on Klook before they expire. The travel eSIM can be used for 180 days after booking confirmation.

      So 3 months to "buy" it at checkout with the code issued then 180 days to actually use the eSim data. Right?

    I received the code 1 day after I did all the requirements. Just to note the selection of eSIM products available to take advantage of this promo is very very limited.

        Did it work? I'm getting an error message when trying to add mobile but since I'm a gold member (didn't realise but I guess buying JR passes earlier in the year did this) I'm hoping it'll work!

    Seems like the 1GB option is only valid for 5 days. Any idea if the activation date starts from:
    A. When it's installed on the phone (i.e. when the QR code is scanned)
    B. When the data starts being used (i.e. being overseas and starts roaming)

            @lainey13: I redeemed my first one (without installing or using esim) and received a 2nd code right away. Just go to checkout and buy again, the ending bit of the code is different, exp date diff too

        I take it back. Got my second code about 2 weeks after redeeming the first one, and third code a day after redeeming second one. Haven’t used any of the eSIMs yet as I’m saving it for a January trip.

    They keep sending me email reminders to complete the survey that I have completed a long time ago (and also updated my details), but never received the code. Every time I follow link to complete the survey it shows a message "Survey completed".
    Their process doesn't work for me.
