Hi all
Just have a Suzuki and still under 5 yes warranty but the dealer guys who I take say that I'm 2months/few 1000 Kms over/ late to book by routine inspection. The issue is they now say as a result they can't guarantee capped. service because it is over.
Is there anything I can do about this..I was thinking of escalating to the manager. I prefer to go to the dealer one given capped service etc

These are all completely different things. It appears you're talking about capped service.
