Figured it out. Needed to log in on webpage. Then under account to claim voucher.

I've never used this voucher but I get "This voucher is already applied to your account". I think I did use a voucher that was meant for another country at one stage though so I guess that makes sense considering it's supposed to be a country specific voucher.
