What is this Pizza Hot? I have never seen or heard of it before…
Actually, side story.. I visited "Pizza Hot"'in Damascus in 1998, built by a Syrian with a "stolen" Pizza Hut manual legend has it. It was about 90% spot on. 4/5 stars.
Someone posted on Ozbargain the text from shopback about what a new customer is and it was amusing.
Maybe it is best referred to as an email address/phone number that has not ordered from Pizza Hut in the past. As it does seem that Pizza Hut is able to tell and you are put on their mailing list, however, if you have ordered from shopback with a Pizza Hut cashback deal, they would also notice. Would be good if Shopbsck can explain.

Maybe not I always sign up to nordvpn as a new customer using a different email but same cashback account/email. Done it 4 times, been paid 4 times, I'm 50/50 about new email and phone number working
Yes, that is true, that deals and cashback do work in the instance you are referring to, its just how it is implemented at shopback for Pizza Hut. It would be great if there is clarification, as different deals may mean different implementations.
New customers lol
