I'd stay away from anything with a mic from BeyerDynamic after my experience with the MMX 300 Gen 2. Had barely touched the mic and it became so loose over the span of a couple months it had basically flopped down hanging by a wire. When this happened the mute button stopped working, mic makes random noise so can't really use it for multiplayer anymore.
Common issue and i've seen a few comments that people have had the same problem with the MMX 300 Pros recently released shortly after using them.
