they are called "Action" cards, and I've never heard / played this.
Rules contain this:
"When a player no longer has any cards and the game ends, he/she receives points. All opponents’ cards are given to the winner and points are counted. This also applies even if the last card is an Action card, such as a Draw Two or a Wild Draw Four – The next player must draw the required cards which will then be tallied up. The first player to attain 500 points is the winner."

Not sure if 'original'. Bought this last week.
There's 3 additional colour changing cards which has a blank spot in the middle of the card that allows you "write" a special rule at the beginning of each game. I never had this when I played as a kid.
Yes you’re right, this is UNO 2022, not exactly the original but it’ll do the job.
"In recent years, Mattel has introduced two new Wild card types to Uno. Instead of 108 cards, Uno now has 112 cards per deck.

Buyer beware. In attempting to buy Uno Flip from Amazon, I received two counterfeit sets from two different sellers. If you look at the photos from reviews on Amazon, you can see the pictured box doesn't have the Mattel logo which would be on an authentic box. The counterfeit cards are of low quality, and really aren't worth it. Amazon will take the return, but it's a PITA and I ended up going locally to buy the authentic cards.
If you want to buy counterfeit cards just get it off Aliexpress. Otherwise, BigW is price matching at $6 https://www.bigw.com.au/product/uno-playing-cards/p/175093.
This also happened to me, but only specifically to the Uno Flip variant. Their Uno 2022 / Original was completely fine for me. The quality was so bad on the Uno Flip though I will say.
I had the same issue of fake counterfeit UNO cards bought from Amazon without the Mattel branding on the box.
The cards were slightly smaller, they were covered is some sort of dust even though were in a sealed plastic bag meaning i had to clean every one of them, the print was on some misaligned or smudged. Poor quality, buyer beware!
Amazon would not let me publish a customer review including photos on their site (said it breached their policy in some way), absolutely disgraceful they allow these counterfeits and turn a blind eye.
