  • Does this have a hepa filter? The description says it does, but the breakdown of the 5 stage filtration system says it uses a metal mesh.

    • Looks like the metal mesh is one of the five, including a hepa

"Cordless stick vacuum cleaner set with 5 stages advanced filtration system: Cyclone filtration, Metal mesh filtration, High density sponge filtration, High-efficiency filtration sponge, Hepa filtration"

      • +1

The diagram says the fifth filter is an air outlet sponge. It's black, flat and does not look like a hepa filter.

The fourth filter looks a bit flat to be a HEPA filter?

Lubluelu I would beat off a guy ♫

  • Are these actually any good? I plan on using it on tile floor only. No pets.

Nevermind, i just ended up purchasing the L8 after reading @Democracy Manifest comments.

  • with this price. thinking to get one

Bought the 'top' model L8 ($135 promo at the mo) recently, and it's great. 30kPa suction, don't notice any difference compared to a previous Dyson which cost 4x as much.

Self-stands, removable rechargeable battery, so you can 'dock' this thing anywhere and then just charge the battery elsewhere. Bought a spare battery for $30 delivered so there's always enough charge. Customer service has been great too.

    • From where did you buy the spare battery?

      • +1

Directly from Lubluelu. You'll find amongst their eBay listings.

    • +1

@Democracy Manifest Did you buy the battery directly from them or via eBay? Thanks.

      • Directly from Lubluelu, via eBay. You'll find it in their listings.

      hi mate,

does it suck the fine dust from deep carpet and able to pick up wood particle/rice/cereal crumbs ?

      • Hey mate, hard to say for the former although if I give it a runaround in one of the carpeted bedrooms the dust container does seem to pick up a decent amount of stuff. Not sure how deep it's going to get that though, doubt it competes with my plug-in Bosch vacuum.

For the latter, it handles that no sweat.

          Thanks for your reply mate.
          This guy said otherwise
That's why I want to make sure before buying.
Bought one from Kogan MX12 Kogan's product, claimed it's 30Kpa, but very weak suction in reality.

          • @babiguling: No worries, yeah imagine it'll likely be better than the MX12, but probably not as powerful as a low-end Dyson.

We use the plug-in Bosch for deep carpet cleans, but the Lubluelu L8 does great for inbetween. For the price it's fantastic and has heaps of pro's over any Dyson I've used. Really depends on how deep you want to clean and how much you want to spend.

Ahhh yes, I see you know your vacuums well, good one

  • tempted to replace the dream T20 which just crapped itself

  • I really wish these Lubluelu vacuums came with a smaller pet motorised head, or had an available option as an aftermarket add-on.

  • For $80 worth a shot, bought one thx

  • What version of Dyson would this compare to?
I have the V6 right now that’s slowly dying. Was thinking of upgrading to V11 or V15. But that’s obviously looking upwards of 1000

If this can do at least what my V6 can do, I’d be a very happy man.

    Thanks.

      1. Dyson V7: Up to 9 kPa in max mode⁵.
      2. Dyson V8: Up to 14 kPa in max mode⁵.
      3. Dyson V10: Up to 16 kPa in max mode⁶.
      4. Dyson V11: Up to 20 kPa in max mode⁵.
      5. Dyson V15: Up to 27 kPa in max mode⁵.
      • According to those numbers the Lubluelu definitely has enough suction. Really interested in this as our Dyson V8's battery is almost gone and our aftermarket head is terrible.

  • This or Bunnings 20L wet and dry?

    • Will you be needing to vacuum in a garage or outside at all, clean up liquid spills? If not, this cordless will be quicker to use for inside jobs.

  • Anyone know if the L7 or L8 is better?
