It depends on the state you are living it, we have in leather some Clouds, check on product page the "Material" under the add to cart button.
This is the stupidest interface. You add stuff to your cart and add your address, only to find out nothing is available for your area…

To avoid this issue, you should check the available stock for your area by selecting your postcode in the top left corner on desktop or under the megamenu on mobile before adding items to your cart.

No, it’s not… most of it is clearance stock and/or stock that has slight damage.

I bought a sofa bed from the outlet store. It has a electric mechanism which extends or retracts. Unfortunately it is now faulty and I am waiting for response from King's furniture. So not happy so far.
Hi Jiji I assume your are speaking with customer support, if not can you DM with your email and Order ID so I can launch an investigation or organise a Technician to come and fix it.
King Living technicians came around and fixed the issue. They have observed such problems in a few Felix studio bed. They reckons it was a design flaw and static was behind the issue. The problem only seems to occur in colder months/temperature.
I am unable to change my initial vote but will give credit where it is due. Their service is quite good if you do have a problem.
