Australia's least favourite delivery company?
Has delivered my package to an address in the wrong city. Claiming the vendor gave them the wrong address but won't provide me with the delivery receipt or details… The address on the vendors invoice is correct.
Has anyone had success in sorting out a misdelivery? I was thinking about heading down to my local subcontractor depot and asking if they could troubleshoot the f-up.
isn't it the senders problem to chase up a missing or incorrect delivery?
