Yes, I post FIRST to make sure I am going to be continuing the chain, and then when I see my post is in sequence, I click the link.
IF, as sometimes happens, my post is within a few seconds of someone and comes AFTER then in the chain, then I can edit it with the correct name, click their link, and the chain sequence is maintained.
Now, please just go and crawl back into your hole.

You obviously don't understand how referrals work. Just clicking their link doesn't do jacks**t.
Saying that you used Moonbear's ref even though you actually haven't is untruthful. Since you two posted your comments roughly within the same minute, which understandably happens on occasion, you unpublish your ref link/comment or tell the next person to use the one above yours since Moonbear was first.
Don't bother posting your referral if you won't use others.
Whatever this method of ref chaining is, it's not working. I never got my referral bonus from you in this comp here.
It's clear you don't understand that once you've claimed your first entry in a Gleam competition, that's it, you can't just go back and 'click [someone else's] link', as it won't register as a proper referral for them.
