Buyer be aware that my last order took 3-4 weeks.
Funny how they never mention that in their posts.

    • Good to know thx

I mean, these are not prebuilt are they and are more of build to order, so its logical to assume the more orders there are then the further you are in the queue, the longer a timeframe it can blow out

Also (completely a hypothetical) in an ideal world they would be built in order
      1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
But there is an express post option it could be a natual assumption people who pay for express post 'get it sooner' so the order MAY turn into
      1,2, E, 3 , 4 , 5 , 6, 7
Or people who pay for more premium upgrades get preference
      1,2, U, 3 ,4,5

Now while im not accusing techfast of this, my point is from a business perspective sure you want to keep all customers happy, but you also want to keep the "good" customers (ones who spend the most) happier.

So i dont think this buyer beware message is really that uncommon when there is a deal/promotion running and an influx of orders happen

I’m simply asking the op to set an expectation of delivery. Us bargainer won’t shoot them down for their transparency…. Or lack of ;)

Their competitors seem to post timeframes…..

        • you cant really set an expectation of delivery against a promotion. The ETA given would likely be a general monthly average

for instance on average over the last 6 months its been an average of 10 business days

now if a promotion is run, there is a chance the amount of orders wouldnt impact the delivery time enough to change the average drastically OR they could get an influx of orders that completely push it out.

You may have been part of a larger batch hence longer delivery time

Now you could argue "well they should expect large amount of orders so they should still give a longer ETA"… but how long is a piece of string? Damned if you do , damned if you dont

          • @warclone:

you cant really set an expectation of delivery against a promotion

You can. I have never, ever expected to wait longer for something because it's on sale. Ever.

I wish TechFast could match GALA builds' aesthetic.

  • Same price as GALA… Waiting for the 4070 Ti super deal…
Btw, are this Asus Prime B650M-A AX6-CSM finally fixed??? It'd be nice having more options

I don't understand why someone would save only $200 but in another hand wait 1+ month to have the item delivered.

    • You’re not only ‘saving $200’ someone is literally assembling it and shipping it to your house for you to plug and play, all included.

And this "benefits" takes 4 weeks to take place. Ok then

        • -1

I don’t know what your point here mate. My order arrived in like 2 weeks, not all of them do four weeks.

@nikoris: Check the very first comment out.

@Dienk: I did. Did you check out those other comments that say their orders came faster?

My experiences have been really good with TechFast, good enough for me to purchase a second system.
First system purchased 26/01/24 pickup notification I think was the 08or09/02/24, right on the 10 working days.
Second system purchased 25/06/24 pickup notification was 05/02/24, 8 working days.
In both cases Caleb responded to my emails within 24 hours and was very helpful.

I know no one can be perfect but for both my purchases I'm happy.

Is it possible to do another OFFICE PC deal? I'd be looking to buy 15-20 units.
    Cheers

Mine got shipped after 31 days of waiting despite it say 10 business days. Customer service was very slow to respond to certain questions they didn't want to answer…
The product itself is great for the price but the experience leading up to it was disappointing to say the least
