App for Car Expense
Tracking Expenses
So I'm wondering if anyone has any recent dealings with an app that's great to track car work expenses and I guess also other work expenses whilst on the road? I think something that did both not one or the other.

I use Drivers Note for all of my KM Travel and it is super easy. Get the GPS unit and Pay for it (claim back on tax of course) and it is great. Automatic and Accurate. Without the GPS unit, it is a bit of a pain. Helped a lot in my last tax return. Whilst it doesn't do Fuel etc, it helps with tracking KMs.
I then use Xero for everything else for tracking my expensives (I do invoicing as well) and it helpful for snapping receipts and then categoriziation bank transiactions.
You can then generate reports and its helpful for tax returns.
That is just how I do it, there are probably other ways.
I use the ATO app. It's OK - tracks expenses. Wouldn't say it's "great" but it does the job for me.
