Was at Docklands Costco today and they had 1kg of Ricotta cheese for $3.97. Use by date 18th of August so short dated.

They also had a few wines that were at end of sale

  Take the Ricotta. Whatever the plastic spack filler that American’s create it is not cheese. Jack cheese tastes like Jack shit.

      Generally it doesn’t taste of much. It can come in a weird orange colour as well.

Great price for the ricotta, altho it's usually best fresh.
