Seems to have gone haywire lately. Sending alerts for prices that aren't in stock and haven't changed price. Products that ARE in stock are showing as unavailable.

Is it maybe that the items arent available to your area, but are available to other areas? For example, I can't buy groceries, batteries, small appliances etc fulfilled by amazon anymore
It might be a good idea to double check that the product isn't actually available, but it just doesn't ship to your address. Especially if you aren't in a metro area.
Open the item incognito and change postcode to 2000 or similar next time. Amazon show items as 'unavailable' to some areas, that are actually available to other areas. Especially, but not necessarily bulky items. I've also seen it with popcorn kernels and chupa chups though.

Here is an example of a link that CCC has suddenly started alerting me that it has "dropped" to $359.99.
I got that alert yesterday at 11:02am, it was $359.99 but only 1 available when I saw it. Camels is usually at least an hour delayed.
I got it again this morning at 4:10am but didn't bother clicking it.
Ah okay - if there was stock that appeared that's a reasonable explanation. Thank you.

I still have alerts set but some either don’t get pinged right anymore or don’t get pinged at all.
