Hope everyone is doing well now that the prospect of spring is on the horizon!
Very excited to be launching a super fruity filter coffee from Ethiopia and roasted by Atypical. Had a smell this morning and it's given me a big smile. Hard to keep finding superlatives for good naturals from Ethiopia, so I guess I'll just say if you know you know :)
We've also got a nice collection of espresso options - funky naturals from Rwanda roasted by Pillar and elegant washed coffees from Colombia roasted by Atypical. Back to Pillar though, they're also showcasing a very interesting coffee that's sourced form the Zukuka Bora Coffee Company in Uganda. I've been following this company for a while and I'm super excited to be heading along to a doco that follows the journey this coffee goes on from origin to coffee roaster. If anyone's also curious about the coffee supply chain (ok, maybe that's niche lol) or just the development of new coffee projects this could be worth checking out - More details on the event here.
And last but not least, for our friends who love their coffees with milk we haven't forgotten about you. The every reliable Candid blend from Atypical and Marimbus from Market Lane are also on the menu :)
Dispatch update
After experimenting with this in stealth mode for a while, we're also very happy to publicly announce that Auspost orders are now picked up on Thursday afternoon. This means that if you choose Express Post and are in metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Hobart your order should be delivered on Friday. We know our dispatch schedule hasn't always been the easiest to follow, so we really appreciate the patience as we worked up to getting this improved.
For those in Melbourne who fall within our GoPeople local delivery radius, we're also considering moving from Saturday morning to a Friday morning delivery. Would love to hear from anyone who might have feedback or thoughts on this.
