Yeah, I saw the same after I added the comp. I was hoping it was just me. I'm not sure how to tell if it has been submitted as the button greys out or not.
I just did a little more research. I think despite it not responding after clicking the submit button, it is actually entering. It sends a POST command to https://cloud.e.barbequesgalore.com.au/Competition/smartcapt… when you click the button.

Something is broken with the comp website. Click submit, and the submit button gets greyed out and never processes.
