I'm looking to buy an iPhone 14 or above on a Telstra small business plan. Just wondering when the best time to buy would be?
In October after the new models are released or will the Telstra plans probably be on sale for Black Friday?

Just wait. General rule of thumb is that Apple release September/October.
I too am looking to do a phone renewal and just going to wait until the new iPhone is out. Unless your phone is dead, just wait.

Business plans are the same as Personal Plans, so there isn't much benefit. There used to be, but it is all same same now. Only if you have multiple services could you get a discount as a business and then have some "premium business support" associated with it.
