I need to get rid of this old iPhone 4 I bought in July 2011. Its black in color and 16GB. It is in a very good condition and now I have the S3 (loving it) so don't need the iPhone anymore. I am planning to put it on eBay for sale. How much should I expect to get out of it?
I will do some research tomorrow (just about home time for today), but if anyone else has an estimate, please let me know.

Thank you scrimshaw. I would be happy if I get 300 (not including all the fees). But I will try and push my luck and see what's the max I can get.
If it is in good condition, take some nice photos of it (with your S3, of course ;), unless you have a better camera) and use some basic html/css design to add lots of free images in the body of the description. Ebay will try and charge to add lots of photos, but host them on imgur or somewhere, put heaps of them in a nice little layout and you'll attract more bids.

Put it up on gumtree first. if you want $300 just do what you would do on ebay except on gumtree. Its free. If it doesnt sell in 2 weeks look for alternate means.

Mazuma http://www.mazumamobile.com.au/ are willing to pay $154 which seems quite undervalued, so I'd agree with the other posts about trying gumtree first!
Mazumamobile only worth considering if it's an urgent sale.
If you search on eBay for iPhone 4 16GB and then tick "View completed listings" you can see a list of all the finished auctions and their ending prices (green = completed and sold, while red = did not sell).
Their prices seem to vary a lot depending on how well written the description was, the absence or presence of photos and the condition of the iPhone.
