  • Don't understand the user rating on the site. I quite liked this for $50. Like it even more at $45 now

    • Don't mix this up with the 10 year old though. The 10 year old was in previous Ozbargain listing(s) that was exceptional for the price. It unfortunately is not 30%-off currently.

I haven't tried the special reserve though, but ratings are definitely worse than the 10 year.

  • Most people mix their spirits with coke or dry ginge so they won't be able to tell whether this is good or bad anyway.

    • Yeah looks like it. Will probably taste meh as it's probably just another blended mass distillery. There are a couple of decent distillery around Riven Leven tho. Loch Lomond, Chivas Bros has a distillery there too. But my bet would be a smaller unknown one.

YouTube review is kinda pointless…LOL. takes a sip…'yeah..uhm… certainly delightful'. End.

Having said that…it's should be good enough for a non-drinker to gift to another non-drinker.

      • It can't be a blend as they are claiming single malt

        • Good point, typo my bad.

  • The Loch Lomond 12 comes down to $59.50 which seems a pretty good price as well.
