  Refund & Returns Policy
  All customers are advised that there is a change to the Refund & Returns Policy to BigPond Shopping and the Refunds and Returns Policy effective 1st January 2011.

  Change of mind

  Telstra does not accept returns of products simply because you have changed your mind, nor does it give refunds for these products. Please choose your products carefully.

  If you buy any wine and it is undrinkable, they have to either replace or refund the item. Its the law despite what T&C's say.

  The trap is freight costs.

  I have submitted my personal and financial details to this site. It has been "processing" my order for about an hour and has not issued a confirmation of the purchase. The "Contact Us" page form does not work and there is no other information provided to contact the site. Nor can I access my details page to remove the data.

  Has anyone else had a similar experience?
