Maybe if it was a medium chips and drink.

Have you seen how tiny cheeseburgers are these days? Lol

      • +1

        They reheat nicely though…

      • Yeah I thought it was as a meal at first but then realised it wasn't. Pass!

        • +2

It is a small meal. A small succulent meal.

          • -1

            @CodeXD:

            A small succulent meal.

no no no. sorry I have to say something. in no way is any Mcd meal a succulent meal.

            adjective: succulent

            1.
(of food) tender, juicy, and tasty.

it misses two out of three of these.
tender yes maybe, but juicy? tasty? not at all.
at least in my most recent experience I felt like I got scammed paying extra high prices for fake foods.

Damn, from $6.95 to $7.90 and now $8.95 - all within less than 6 months

    • +2

still $6.95, smart one is available..

      • +3

Sorry a slight typo - was referring to how it went from $6.90 - for an equivalent “big” burger (on rotation between a QP/DC)

The $6.95 doesn’t include a big burger iirc - only 2 small burgers in a small meal

    • +3

And inflation is only 4% per year right?

    • +1

Seeing what they can get away with eh

the bottom end of the market doesn’t really have much competition … grilld, betty’s, or other $15 burger chains. and how far do you drive to save $2-3 on HJ or KFC ? even kfc nolonger gives free drink with just docket, need to enter docket into app , get email and it’s good for only 14 days ….

    • From all the mentioned above maccas burgers are the worst. Better to get a Dominos pizza for the same price. Or use grilld promo where you get the second burger for free when your team wins.

    • I filled out a KFC survey and was emailed a code. Whereabouts do I enter the code in the app? I tried to input it into the coupon area but it was rejected.
The email says I need to redeem it instore.

      • +1

You have to redeem it in store and only at the counter, not the self-serve kiosks.

    Not worth it at all

  • Ok deal these days…

  • wouldnt call it a really good deal, i would say its okay. many mymaccas deals are still better

  • A week later than usual, so my doggo got the McSmart Meal for his birthday instead

    • Don't give your dog onion or garlic. Which includes the sauce

      • Standard order for him is,

Cheeseburger - no bun, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles, salt and pepper
Big Mac - no bun, sauce, lettuce, pickles, onions, salt and pepper
        Fries - no salt
        Water - no ice
        Plain Sundae,

which is usually $7-8 with the app deals. Went with two cheeseburgers this year cause the Big Mac offer wasn’t available

      • potatoes also bad. can contain solanine which is toxic.

but if mcd fries have small amount of real potato is debatable.

    • +1

It objectively is compared to the standard menu price.

Atleast at my local store, it's a saving of around $8->$9.

  • +2

Good excuse to stay way from Maccas, too expensive

    • -3

      too expensive

not only that, but it's FAKE FOOD!!

seriously tried it again after I stopped eating it during covid. so much preservative flavour hidden with sugar and sauce. I am convinced most of everything I got has flavour and size enchancing powder added to it.

overpriced food which is 80% fake ingredients imo. probably used to be 60% fake because it definitely tastes much worse now.

      • +1

ok user who decided to engage because of their emotions.

you are clearly the McSmart one. keep eating it if you want to! 😂

  • Vein clogger with a side of IDF, yummm

    • A side of Israeli Defence Force?

    • Correct term is IOF ;-)

  • +1

    This deal is quite mediocre.

  • +4

If you want a deal just make a new account using a throwaway gmail. $9.95 for 2 small big mac meals (some days may have a different deal)

    • -1

Yea this. Changes weekly on Monday.

  • -1

Have like 5 accounts, every account had different deals like $2 big Mac or $3 qpounder, best is 2 medium big Mac meals for $7, not all offers same big Mac can range from $2-4.
