Hi all, trying to sell a car which the rego expired last month. What's the process of selling one n WA?
Do I need valid rego, like just pay for a month to be able to transfer to another name?

The thing that complicates selling a car is registration. If its not registered its just like selling anything else that isn't registered. Just make sure to make it clear its not registered, take the plates off and hand them in, and don't identify it on the receipt by its registered number. Though it might be a good idea to refer to it as "previously registered as ABC.123 (expired)" to make it easier for the purchaser.
I would pay money for a plate with ABC.123
