OP isn't helping themselves because they will get plenty of alternative suggestions with such a vague post, but there are plenty of reasons to require old tech.
The space shuttle was flying 5 1/4" floppy discs, because certifying an alternative storage media for its limited remaining life was uneconomic.These are special use monitors, so requirement is specific.
That's not a desktop.
They're special use case monitors (multi input/output used primarily in video production) that have been out of production for a number of years.
If you do find someone selling one new, they're going to probably be asking $1500+ each.

No longer made, check secondhand places like eBay, GumTree, FaceScam, etc
Or actually explain to the client there are far better options than 10 year old 10bit 21.5in IPS 1080p monitors now days ;)
