How to Use 2 Sims Simultaneously in iPhone Pro Max to Receive Calls?

Hello everyone, I recently set up two SIMs in my iPhone Pro Max 14: one from Boost (physical SIM) as my primary line and another from Amaysim (eSIM) as my secondary line.

Both are active, and I've set the Boost SIM as my default voice line. However, I’d like to receive calls on my Amaysim number too. When I tried calling the amaysim (secondary sim) from another phone, the call went straight to voicemail. Is there a way to receive calls on both SIMs at the same time (both the sim are active for receiving calls)?

I’d really appreciate any assistance!

All the info you need is on Apple's Support page. Note the bit around enabling Data Switching and Wi-Fi Calling.

      • Let us know what worked. My problem is the opposite. I do not want to receive calls from the secondary line, but there is no direct way of achieving this.

          call forwarding

  • I think most phones on the market are dual SIM, dual standby. In other words, they only have ONE hardware modem but do task switching in between.
If you rely on a 4G or 5G network (VoLTE etc), your SIM data session will be cut off when a call is incoming from another provider.
Wi-Fi calling might work; however, they are not through the modem.

You may try using the IP Phone option, which relies on push notifications and data to achieve simultaneous incoming calls. CrazyTel sells one cheaply.
