Who Sells The Best T-Shirts?

I'm a fan of the comfort and fit of the Uniqlo Supima T-shirts. However, quality doesn't last, and I look to replace them beyond a year.
People here have suggested Uniqlo U crew t-shirts as the alternative, but I'm not too fond of the oversized and loose look.
Keen to hear suggestions and thoughts. Also, I'm not a big fan of V-shaped neck t-shirts.

Don't use hot water when washing them, & use the delicate cycle. They should last longer than a year.

    • +2

Agreed. I find they last reasonably well if you wash using a gentle cycle.

    As Colour.

I've got a few of these in addition to the Uniqlo Supima cotton t-shirts.

    • Have you tried the Uniqlo U? I've been hearing they're better the Supima.

      • The U are definitely heavier weight, those and the Hanes heavier ones are my go to.

I with H&M would bring Arket ones to Australia, can buy them online but they're way too expensive ($US50 + shipping). I have a CDLP shirt as well, it's nice but damn they're expensive. It lasted long enough I outgrew it.

      • It's been a while but I think I think I've tried them on sale and found the Supima tees to be better for me.

    • I could also vouch for AS Colour. Never looked back.

Hard to find tees with decent fabric weight, my faves are Superdry

    • +5

Even if they're quality, they unfortunately all say Superdry on them from what I've seen :c

I only choose the styles with the most discreet branding

  • Camber are the goat of tshirts imo

    • Do you buy them online or purchase when you're in the US?

      • I’ve got family that come from the US once a year, so get it through them if I want it

        • They otherwise seem expensive to source from here

Since you have tried Uniqlo Supima and Uniqlo U - the one you should try next is AS Colour imo

I keep saying an ad for this shirt with Japanese and English on it that says "Thank you your honour", a graphic of a toad, and then "I won't do it again". That's probably one of the best shirts I've seen.

  • I was in the exact same position with Supima being my go to, but then I tried AS Colour and never looked back.
I've tried the U range but I don't like heavier shirts, just find them less comfortable.

  • Even with cool wash and sun dry after I find the supima uniqlo shirts never look the same showroom fresh after even say 2 washes. I literally keep 2 white and 2 black uniqlo supine shirts in storage at a time for special occasions when I want that fresh crisp look. Fresh white shirt, black 512 Levi’s ooof chef kiss

Definitely As Colour. Just wash on warm/gentle, not hot. I've got t-shirts that are 2-3 years old and still look new.

  • Happy with Whitesville plain t-shirts. Made in Japan, fine combed cotton.
They're a bit on the pricey side in Australia at around $50 each, but can be had for almost half that in Japan (I usually stock up when I go over).
Size at least one up as they'll shrink a bit.

  • Another vote for AS Colour. I also like the Amazon Essentials t shirts. Both brands have a lot of colours to choose from and they wear very well.

  • As a taller human being AS colour has my vote, I literally live in my tall tees.

Waiting for their end of year sale to load up on more tee’s as I’m very happy with them.

    • Do you buy them online or in retail stores? I've never seen this brand before.

      • I only shop online, they have retail stores but when I have dropped in they dont really stock tall tees.

  • The cheapest place.

Uniqlo supima is also my current favourite t-shirt but I'll definitely be checking out AS Colour after all the recommendations here. A quick goggle shows they're an Australian brand? A sales lady at Myer once told me to always wash everything on delicate cycle. She says the normal cycle damages fabric too much and it's not necessary for ordinary clothes washing cos the reality is you're only washing a bit of sweat and light dirt from the fabric. Of course use normal cycle for genuinely dirty clothes which require stain remover.

  • Anko for mine.

    Great value for money.

  • AS Style is the best in my opinion. They have a thicker collar and their shape and sillouhette is more modern and boxy. The material is thicker and less stretchy than the regular AS Colour.

  • If price is no concern, you can't beat Merz B Schwanen, but as others have said the AS Colour is decent, or even the thicker Uniqlo cotton tee has held up well for me.

Thank you for the suggestions, everyone. I have actually purchased multiple shirts since my post.
My top choice is the AS Colour shirts. Material is immaculate and seems really durable. These t-shirts can be purchased online for almost $20 each.
I also like the Amazon Basics T-shirt for its value. Costs about $8 per shirt and I really like its comfort. I don't know about its long-term durability, but for now, it feels okay. However, it doesn't have seams on the sides which might be a deal breaker for some.
The Anko shirt is basic and just okay, and it's my third choice.

  • we can sell as colors t-shirts, also we can supply embroidery and digital printing services
