170

I know many people probably already have this game, but if you haven't a great opportunity to grab at a low price.

Huge modpack called Lorerim 2 came out yesterday and its pretty amazing so it'd be perfect time to get into modding skyrim if you haven't can't recommend it enough it's like playing a new next gen skyrim remake.

Happy rimming folks

Its a bit much for a 13 year old game

crazy the only thing keeping this games value is its modding community which Bethesda hinders constantly.

base game is $13.73 and can still mod that but many of the larger modern modpacks use this more expensive version.

  • I’ve been waiting for this game to come down to my price range 90% off.
Is this the all time lowest?

    • The regular "on sale" price but is the lowest it's been.

Historical low looks to be $19.86 at the Microsoft Store but since you can't mod that version I guess it doesn't count. Next best is maybe 70% off at ~$22.79 which is the price GamesPlanet US is selling it for now. I've been waiting forever too for it to go below $20. Ideally $15 or less but I don't know if it'll ever get there. You can look at the price history at ITAD

      • good info !

GOG key can be had for under $20, if you trust it. https://www.instant-gaming.com/en/15810-buy-the-elder-scroll…

If you browse the GOG store with a VPN, you can buy in regional prices. Brazils is $12.06 USD which is about $18.50 AUD. Pay with PayPal (an AU PayPal account works).

Don’t need to worry about trusting a third party, and it’s a bit cheaper.

        • Good info. Thanks

This was a great game but it is old af now

The base version It is legit something id expect Epic to be offering for free

I mean who the hell is still buying this? (Same question with GTA V)

  • What's the difference between buying this or buying the base game with the anniversary DLC? Seems to be about $15 if I buy base game and anniversary DLC separately?

Edit: ignore this, I was logged into my Argentina account…

    • When you say base game, do you mean just Skyrim or Skyrim Special Edition? Pretty sure you need the Special Edition for the Anniversary DLC.

      • It's the special edition for $5.99USD and the upgrade is also a similar price. Bundled together for about 9usd… But on the Argentina steam page so unsure if payment is still available using a non Argentina credit card

Modding has kept Skyrim alive for much longer than is normal (plus no Fantasy RPG successor). Only a few mods require the Creation Club mods.

Just a note about Mod packs. Most of the people who make them available aren't mod creators. Modpacks are essentially playlists. The best ones, like Lexy's, go beyond this and provide detailed instruction on options to use, generating Lodgen, optimizing textures, combining multiple NPC face overhauls, etc.

    • yeah tbh the creation club mods are limited.

i enjoy modpacks on wabbajack personally as it's much less of a hassle and (hopefully) mods have been sorted and edited to not conflict with each other.

  • same price (1 cent more) on gog if you prefer
