How do they get 4.6 from 5 ratings?
5 written reviews
4 with 1 star
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kettlebell-craft-training/id64…because you can reset ratings but the reviews can't be deleted.
Why would you need an app to do kettlebell training
You swing the kettlebell in any direction your arm comfortably allows it?No, not quite. Check YouTube.
No. YOU swing the kettlebell in any direction your arm comfortably allows it. You don't know what I do.
Do I want this?
Anyone actually tried it and can comment?
You must be so lazy you are hoping someone would say it is not good.. lol
Why not just download it and have a go? Worst case scenario is you did some exercise anyway.Did you bother to read the reviews?
- I did - even went to the effort to provide the link above to help others.
Did you even bother to read the comments - mine above?
- 4 out of 5 reviews with 1 star.
No - I'm not going to download it after reading the reviews.
- "iPhone 13 failed" seems like a fairly worse case scenario.
But I try to be open minded and am happy to listen to anyone who did try it out and can share the experience.
Training apps used to offer multiple exercises. It's garbage that they got split to very specific items like kettle bells. It's all to try ream you for more money. I blame Runtastic. I think they did it first.
Kettlebell training is very different to, say, barbells or dumbbells or bodyweight or running. You can go general and touch the surface or specific and go deeper. If you prefer the basics then pick on of those apps
Now to buy some kettlebells
Gosh who would pay $89 for this crap lol
It is free now so we can get it and worry next if we will use it! Ozbargainer mentality!
Its pretty much what you’d expect a random free app to be. At $80 bucks though….
Its ask you some basic questions about goals, equipment, time etc. It then “builds” a training program , but it seems to offer you the same handful of prebuilt programs regardless of what you enter.
There programs are pretty much “heres 2 kettlebell moves, do them for 6 weeks.” The advanced programs just add a few more moves.
You can build your own program but there’s no info about how to balance it out.The exercise demonstrations are small 5 second videos of the move , with ZERO instructions on how to actually perform them properly.
If you already know what youre doing, this app might be useful in keeping track of your KB training.
But for most people, it’s useless. Not the snatch training I was after
89.99 dayum
