I signed up to Buddy Telco when they launched mid July and experienced dropouts. Upon finding a better deal with More Telecom, I decided to switch back as I was with them previously and had no drop outs. I request a close of service in a week or so wtih Buddy Telco but they deactived my service at 8PM at night??? Now I can't contact them as their customer service is out of hours. I paid for a month of service and they cut it off a week early. Is there any action I can take or do I just get screwed over? I would be legally entitled to the whole month of service right?
What does your contract state?
