The Hoka Speedgoat has been considered a "go to" shoe for across the board Trail Running. It is the premium Trail shoe in the Hoka lineup.

Features
Rugged breathable mesh upper with3D printed overlays for increased midfoot support and and secure feel.
Good width toe box.
Gusseted tongue features strategic cutouts for breathability
Lacing eye-rows contain a small winged component to ensure a secure fit
Vibram mega 5mm lugs for grip on outsole makes the shoe Grippy on the uphill and secure on the downhill in wet and dry conditions.
Midsole features a lightweight foam for a responsive ride.

    stinson is the only stability trail shoe

    If the shoe has a plate it will also be pretty stable
