I was just about to say that too lol. Subway the most reluctant wishy washy fast food joint ever since last changed management.

    • This time it actually works (or at least the store that kept blocking it previously when I had to get corporate to come out and tell them off/turn it back on).

Just order it as usual and don't tell them you want the offer, just say I have a Subcard and scan the QR code in the Order > Offers section - Make sure to set the store you are actually going to purchase in, if they are genuinely not participating then there should be no offer in the offers area. Then go Pikachu face when it works!

Lucky it was for Non Sugar Drinks as we are probably the only store that bans full Coke, Fanta etc, can only have the Sugar Free in bottles due to local Health rules.

Note: By "Zero Sugar Drink" they also mean 600ml Fanta Zero Sugar varieties cause I had to have a Pineapple Fanta

      • Out of curiosity, was the pineapple Fanta good? Been meaning to try that.

Didn't work for online order for me, but worked in person. No minimum spend, got a cookie and a drink for $1.50

  • They're gonna be outta cookies real soon

  • Not found at Subway near work (surprise, also charges $8+ for 6 inch lol), might see if I can nab one elsewhere.

Ik these are franchised but the "participating Subways" line kinda seems like a cop out because they don't have to honour.

They are really pushing this Zero sugar thing. Doesn't take as good as no sugar

It’s the exact same recipe, just a rebrand.

    • Gen Z are choosing to drink zero.

    • It tastes identical. The branding is what makes you think it's different. Welcome to psychology. If you assume Coke No Sugar tastes worse than Coke Original, it will.

  • Worked thanks

Got a macadamia cookie and 600mL Coke no sugar yesterday for $1.50. My sandwich artist, hesistant to process the sale, just rolled her eyes at me…

      she will obey

  • Thanks OP. My subway guy got confused and was going to give me a second coke. I corrected him and he gave me an extra cookie instead :)

    full sugar coke is better

    • Good for you, not sure how this is relevant to the offer though

      • sugarfree coke is the only option for this offer

Last offer they had, I tried to order through the app at 11am but the store rejected the order/wasn’t taking orders and then it stated that I used the offer already and couldn’t use it again

    Garbage app

  • What's the cheap item lettuce?

Make sure you add the Coke Zero to your order then add the offer…otherwise it’ll say ‘not applied’

My local store didn't accept the last 30% offer. Tried scanning the QR code and it wasn't working. I also scanned my membership QR code and that didn't work either. Looks like the store may have deactivated the QR reader or it wasn't working. A polite email of complaint resulted in a $20 voucher so thank you very much to the nice owner for that.

I think the problem is that some of the staff also don't know (still) that they are to scan QR codes/subcard last but before pressing the method of payment (this apperently due to the way it works on the POS as it can also be used as a payment method/gift card).

Not sure on your case but I find that to main reason the discounts don't apply.
