  • These bottles are excellent, but can't add to cart to semi rural SEQ

What is with the water bottle deals. I just bought another one to replace the 5 that I haven’t used.

    • Why are you wasting money replacing unused water bottles?

      • You’d understand if you have the ocd too 😅 But seriously it’s hard to get one that is just right, you can only find out by using it. I have a few glass ones for winter for example, they don’t last very long when you drop them… The metal ones can become dented too, and if you go a level up to the insulated, they can be too bulky or have a tiny capacity. Plastic ones have their advantages too but the sip breaks rather quickly.

  • It's just a plastic water bottle, woopity dooo!

  • I personally would never store my H2O in a bottle that costs less than $50

      But why?

  • I've had a couple of these bottles and found that they leaked at the point where the cap screws on to the body. Not a huge leak but a leak none the less. That's just my experience of course.

I'm guessing you have the variety with the inbuilt straw. In that case, leave the flip top open while screwing on the cap. Otherwise, the air trapped in the straw has nowhere to escape, which causes water to spill at the seal. Flip the top shut once the cap is secure. No more spills. You're welcome.
