Cashback is ineligible on the following:

• Purchases via the Lenovo Education Store, Outlet Store and any Employee Purchase Programs such as Corporate partner stores.
• Any assisted orders or negotiated deals (phone/email/chat) – rep IDs will be attached the orders and cashback automatically rejected.
• The portion of payments made using MyLenovo Rewards Points and/or any Lenovo credits.
• Purchase of gift cards or use of gift cards for full or partial payment.
• Purchases using codes imported from other sites, or clicks made from 3rd party plugins, newsletters, banners, advertising etc.
• Items that are cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
• GST, other taxes and delivery fees.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Purchases using any type of discount which lowers price advertised on the Merchant site, including but not limited to student edu codes, employee discounts, student discounts and price-matching.

    I had a good experience with an upsized cashback from Lenovo via Shopback for a Legion laptop back in April for what its worth (different cashback company).

    To be fair it should be on intel too for releasing a defective product. That said, buying an intel product for like the last five years would not have been the best choice.

  Last time I asked live chat for a free backpack and still received my cashback with TC. Not sure of CR?

    The cashback companies all seem to have similar T&Cs from the merchants.

    TopCashback Lenovo T&Cs: Assisted or negotiated deals via phone/email/chat are ineligible for cashback.

    It would be up to Lenovo to approve or reject the cashback. The T&Cs do allow them to reject the cashback though. Perhaps the system only checks for a discount rather than a free product included in the order.
