    Nice. I tried it with my account and it asked me if I wanted to port a number or get a new number so I think it's only for new signups. I'd like to be proved wrong, cos then I'd get a $19.90 data pack for nothing.

          You should be able to change it from 'Payment Methods'. Just choose another option instead eg. BPAY/Vouchers and that should remove your credit card details.

    I got a flexi plan and it came up with $0.10 CREDIT.

    So I put through the CC payment and it said it charged me minus 10 cents?!
    I think I may have just made 10 cents and got a free prepaid plan for a month :P score!

      I was able to add multiple new sims with credit to the one existing account, the voucher being used for each new one successfully…each time some credit is needed, activate the next one…could mean a year or more free phone usage! Thanks, OP!

        It's more of a trust thing with amaysim that they will credit you with the right amount of referral credit

      I think the first payment is a check to ensure the CC & customer are legit, then they credit back your card soon after this process (many other online stores do this now; eg. Grays).

      I'm going to hold back ordering until this is confirmed its completely FREE. Deal might be gone by then, but at least I don't get charged…

      Also, did you choose CC or DD on payment page?

        Or perhaps they put the credit in your account rather than doing a chargeback and you would end up with $35 credit, $15 from the payment and $20 gift. In my opinion that seems more likely than giving you something for nothing. It's a pity there isn't a web page explaining it all.
