I think these are great water bottles!
I have a few myself, and always recommend them to family & friends.

@ballsau: Gentlemen, please
You’re both losers.
Oops, sorry! My first post…so will remember for next time!
How's this compared to the chute
It comes down to personal preference whether you prefer chugging water down or sipping it through a straw. I personally dislike bottles with inbuilt straws. It's also more cumbersome to clean. I've got the Chute which IMO is easier to drink from and is easier to clean.
I've got both. I like the Eddy for the car because you don't have to raise it above your mouth and lose vision.
For the Eddy, I've had no problems with mould even though I always have smell problems with plastic straws and plastic rimmed bottles. I think because the bite valve is silicone and resists bacteria better than plastic.
I also like CamelBak Eddy as you can store warm or even hot liquids - most brands either are for cold only or are thermos style. Yeah, I know straws can be dangerous for hot sipping but it's fine for warm.
Chute is better for hot liquids as you can control flow better, and for pouring. That said, the spout is plastic rather than silicone so you may get more smell or bacteria issues with cold liquids.
I can't stand bottles with built in straws. It's only trouble.
Yep mould after a while. It's painful to clean, those simpler squirt nozzle bottles, ez.
WELCOME10 and BIRTHDAY10 don’t work :(
I love my two of these, esp for the car as the don't spill and you don't have to take your eyes off the road.
The main bummer is it doesn't fit in most cupholders so you need to buy an adapter. You don't have to with those Stanley tumblers, but those use a plastic straw, which need more washing than the silicone Eddy bite valve. Also, those tend to be cold bevvies only.
Also good is that you can chuck the whole thing in the dishwasher, though I find the silicone bite valve resists bacteria well enough that a quick tap rinse is enough, assuming you only drink water with this.
I find denture cleaners are good at shifting anything that is stubborn to clean.
Out of stock
Damn missed it
The 750ml in rose colour is also available for $10, I couldn't find any local stock in Melbourne but I got two for $28 delivered.
