Over two decades Kongo has grown to become the largest coffee mill in PNG, showcasing the best specialty coffee grown by smallholder farmers in locations often inaccessible by road.
The Kongo Elimbari Filter Roast is a crowd-pleaser, with notes of chocolate, red apple and blackcurrant.
Filter Friday takes place every month at Allpress locations along the east coast, showcasing the roastery’s rotating selection of single origins.
