Kayo Sports $10 off for 12 Months Offer

Hi, I received this offer in the app modifications the other day but when I clicked on it there was some technical error and when I tried again just got a spinning wheel. I contacted Kayo support today and they asked for screenshots. Obviously I didn't take a screenshot shot of the offer before clicking on it as I assumed it would work. The support guy has escalated it but sort of indicated that I needed a screenshot of the offer. I can't believe that they don't have a record of which accounts were sent this offer in their system and can just resend the notification. Did anyone else receive and successfully redeem it?

    Once the AFL finishes in a month, there's no reason to have Kayo until next April again.

      NRL for me but you're probably right. If they don't sort out this offer for me I'll be cancelling until next season.

        It used to be "almost" worth it back when they streamed tennis and a subscription was $20.

        Now it is $35, and other than footy, there is nothing worth watching.

    Just an update, after multiple replies from Kayo support all I get is 'we can't do anything without a screenshot of the offer'. What a joke! So apparently you have to take a screenshot of the offers you are sent before you click on them. If you just click on them (assuming they will work) and they don't work it's bad luck if it doesn't! They apparently don't keep any records of offers sent to customers themselves! What a joke. I will be saying goodbye to Kayo based on this! Great service Kayo 🤬

      I only got to this now, but they are hopeless. I had a similar situation ages ago and just NEVER went back and my life is better as a result.
