One of the rods on the new antenna broke off when i installed it. Reception of all the channels are still good. Are there any concerns that I will need to change the antenna? Does missing a rod impact any of the quality of the channels and 4g/5g filters? Thank you.

If it works, it's fine.
grab a wire coat hanger and attach it and u be fine
Shape it to map of Australia for max performance

If the rc car turns left but not right then you might need a new relay and/ or a remote
All the different length rods ensure good reception of all frequencies, and all channels. One broken off will mean the reception of the relevant frequency will be poorer. It won't mean no signal at that frequency, just less. But if reception of all channels is good enough there's no problem that needs fixing.
Which band?
If an active element, yeah. OK while it's a new install but as it and connections age signal might suffer
If a director or reflector, not so much. But if reception is OK…
