Prepaid SIM Plan Has Absolutely No Reception. Options? (Solved)

Hello fellow bargainers,

I purchased ezysim 12 months plan when I saw it on sale. Activated it over the weekend, port in effective today. Bars immediately dropped to zero. Cannot make any calls.

Restarted the phone multiple times and tried switching networks, nothing.
Searched website and it clearly shows my area is covered. I’m in 3029.

What are my options…. Can I return it?

    Thanks bargainers for the instant responses (aren’t you supposed to be working though 🫣) turned out @askbargainwas right! I only activated the sim and initiated port in but I forgot to activate the esim in the phone as well.

  • What phone you have? Note that vodafone ( the network ezysim is on) does not have 3G anymore, so… it could be the reason..
