  Cancelled by text…..because they have my phone number now.
  I wouldnt mind if they cancelled on the same day, but holding onto my money for 3 days and then telling me its going to take up to 2 till I get it back. I had other plans for that money.
  Oh and my neighbors now think OzBargain is a scam site. This was their first intro to the site and they now think this is where business come to post their scams ;P

    I was refunded on Monday and they said should be back in my account in 1-2days. 4 days later it's not. I asked FCL why it's not back in my account (well, credit card) yet and they speak to my bank, but everything is done on their end.

    I had other plans for that money.

    It's an inconvenience for sure, but if you really needed that $20 asap, you have bigger issues than the refund delay.

    As soon as I got the notification my order was cancelled I got the money back immediately, but I also paid by PayPal so that could be why?
