Update: On1 Support got back to me. They confirm text is not available in the Effects stand alone program; it is in the On1 Photo Raw program
Does anyone know how to add text to pictures in this program?
I've tried Googling it, but I keep hitting On1 Photo and other On1 programs, which describe methods that are not in On1 Effects
