To receive Birthday and Anniversary Rewards, you must have a valid email address on your account and be opted in to receive Marketing emails. To receive Birthday Rewards, you must have been a Member for at least one month prior to your Birthday and have spent a minimum of $30. The minimum spend of $30 is required each year.
Last month i tested the DJ rewards and only got the bday voucher
I got both vouchers recently. Even I created a new second account and still got both vouchers ;-) Maybe you got welcome voucher long time ago after you registered for new account.

I think older accounts still qualify for no spend. New account $30 spend

I haven't bought anything from Myer, so I can't get this $10 voucher.
At least I can get $10 welcome voucher and $10 birthday voucher from David Jones ;-) Not bad for free chocolate worth less than $10 :P
Anyone can register for David Jones as new member and get that $10 welcome voucher and $10 birthday voucher without spending :)
