As per title. These protein shakes taste pretty decent and are the best value RTD protein drinks I've found.

    Made in USA

    • Is that good thing or bad thing?

      • Neither, it’s just a fact.

        • Its costco, usually these things are from US lol

      • Would you drink it if it's made in China?

        • No but as per my previous comment, most of the stuff in Costco are either made in Aus or US. Unless its x96 packet of 2min noodles lol

  • That's like 67 17g protein up n gos, at 6 for $6 deal at Coles and Woolies once a month

    • Sure, but the 17g protein up n gos also pack 20g of carbs and 4g of fat per serve. Considering you need to drink 2 to get a similar amount of protein (30g vs 34g) you'd be consuming way more calories than drinking one of these. All depends on your goals and what works for you though.

  • For a little under 3 dollars a serve, for an RTD drink that's pretty good. Obviously won't beat powder in terms of value, which itself can't be beat by a bit of chicken.

I miss pre covid pricing on protein supps

  • Would love something like this but lactose free, anyone happen to know anything?

    • Chew a lactese tablet and drink it. Thats what I do before i take any milk products.

  • Just dont be lazy and do your part and buy bulk whey protein powder and make your own shake and avoid polluting the planet with a single drink packs. Remember we are 8.1 billion of us and we need to co exist with other animals and save something for the kids too. All these are plastic lined anyway.

    • Laziness is the key for consumerism 101.

Of the 8.1 billion + people 26% of them live on less than $3/day and the next 47% live on under $6/day.

Now that's almost 6 billion people that can't afford to be lazy.
