terrible rating (4.6 imdb)
Summary: thriller involving cults and abductions.

but it has Aussie gigachad Eric Bana!! ❤️😘💘💘 (also stars Sylvia Hoeks I’ve seen her before in Spiders Web).
so I am watching it before my month of Prime ends.

and yes I put up with the ads didn’t pay $2.99 for “limited ads” even with $5 promo credit I wanted the discount on an item with that instead.

    I’m watching it now. movie ratings don’t mean anything to me.

    ime if I avoided all movies under a certain rating I would have missed watching some I really liked!

    trust me if you avoid watching movies because of rotten tomato % or IMDb rating you will never know. 💁‍♀️

      I've noticed a lot of ratings are heavily bias, especially for movies produced by streaming services

      Which I end up liking the movie, and they end up having a really high production value.

      So I have gave up on a lot of review sites, review critics are even worse.. Writing stuff just to create controversy & stay relevant.

    ok you like blockbusters I get it. this Eric banner movie definitely isn’t a blockbuster.
    didn’t even know it existed until I saw it just now.

    Kingdom of Planet of the Apes probably spent millions on ad marketing and spreading the trailer on video services and socials.

  it’s not bad guys. good acting and smarter movie. criminal psychology.

  only thing I wasn’t expecting is they are speaking german a lot more than I expected.
