      It's definitely a different style! It's from a designer brand so it's definitely not a cheap chair, but it's more affordable than the RRP and great quality!

      It's a pre-loved designer stool! :) People who may be interested in interior design and aesthetics won't have to pay $2000 for new, but can instead purchase them for $299. Plus, as they've been rescued from a law firm no longer needing them, we divert them from landfill to find a new home.

    Not sure why this is getting hate.
    Much better to resell than send to landfill, and the service of having somebody organise and ship them to you is useful, and much more convenient than "collect between 9am and noon on Wednesday" that is typically offered by businesses seeking to offload their stripped out furniture.

    A $300 secondhand stool isn't for me, but if this was an aeron chair or similar I'd find it great.

      Thanks for the feedback! Our purpose is to rehome dormant goods wherever they come from - some might be a little more niche like these stools, but we think they still deserve a home!

      We have gotten some Herman Millers in the past from de-fits as well which we've sold for $299-$699 - so we'd recommend keeping an eye out or if you'd like we could put you on a waitlist!
