    Recently played this and Mafia II. Both amazing and the story connects.

    Mafia III though…. hmmm struggling to like it.

      Mafia 3 was a bit of a pivot but I enjoyed it for the little bit I played. Thought the setting and music were great, and the lead character had some charm, but everything else was Scarface-The-Game-PS2 levels of polish.

    I guess I'll try the remaster, they seem to have taken all the charm out of the original gameplay. I want to ride trams and do derpy drive-bys!

    Mafia Definitive Edition was a PS+ game last year, really solid B-Tier game… it's like an open world game with nothing to do but drive from mission to mission, great gunplay and atmosphere though… solid way to spend 10 hours.

    I wish they had of done a full remake on 2 and not just a remaster… 3 is good dumb fun in my books as well.

    Just finished the remaster, great story line and fun missions. The race is much easier than the original from distant memory, and they've made quite a few changes (for the better) to the story and cutscenes.
