About 6 months ago, I bought a QIDI X-Maker on Amazon for $150.. It's been a ripper little printer with only 1 failure after about 100 prints. But time has come to move on and get something a lot faster and with AMS. Stumbled across this deal on Amazon so I coughed up for the A1 Combo AMS at $800 delivered on Saturday. Looking at previous deals, it's marginally more expensive than Bambu Labs direct buy but, I assume Amazon would be a lot quicker delivery and their returns process is far more generous than that of Bambu Labs.

20% off the range including the A1 Mini AMS and P1S Combo.. No delivery fees or international fees either.

I assume no cashback with CR either.

List of printers in this deal:

22/8: Mod - Available again, prices updated ($4-$9 cheaper).

Everything is in the box. You will need to buy a roll of filament however. It only comes with 20grams of white.

  • Available again and slightly cheaper (post updated).

  • Delivery sept 5. Seems like a long wait

    • I get between 25th-29th for each model to QLD.

  • Interested in getting the A1 mini. My mate just got a P1S with AMS, I have access to it, but he's a fair drive away to pickup prints. Wondering whether its really worth getting AMS on the mini long-term?

    • 4 colours allows you to do different types of prints and it's expensive if you purchase it separately…

      • different types, being different colours?
yeah I agree. But yeah, my mate with the P1S and AMS has all that. Just wondering if its worth having 2 AMS at my disposal. Ive only just started printing stuff. So its pretty new to me

  • Bit late to the game here I know but I'm looking for a 3D printer to have at the office, to print off electronics enclosures, camera mounts amongst other random stuff we find we need from time to time.
Being at the office it's less of a hobby and more of I just want it to work. I'm looking at either the Flashforge 5m or the Bambu A1. I'm understanding that XY core design is preferable, and the Flashforge can be had about $100 less than the A1. Aside from the AMS is the A1 worth spending the extra $100 on?

    • Could also look at the qidi q1 pro. I know others that have this in their office as it's a good workhorse and decently priced.

      • Hadn't looked at the Qidi, im also now looking at the Creality K1 which is about the same price as the Qidi. Too many options.

        • Picked up a K1 for $600. That should do nicely.

  • can someone help my new machine is having extreme loud fan inside the body enclosure, believe it's called MC board fan.
whatever it prints run at 100% speed, even at idle

    thank you in advance.

    • Mine seems to do the same way more than noise than expected.

  • ANYCUBIC K3 Combo is on sale in Aliexpress for around 500 AUD, is it worth over the A1 combo?
