Edradour Caledonia 12 (about $150 elsewhere, I like this but it's sweet af): https://www.thewhiskycompany.com.au/product/edradour-caledon…
Other Edradours on sale:
Ballechin Heavily Peated 10 $99 (basically a heavily peated Eddy): https://www.thewhiskycompany.com.au/product/ballechin-hevily…
Edradour Ballechin Cuvee Aged 8 Years $125 (weird marriage of 4 casks, I've never tried this): https://www.thewhiskycompany.com.au/product/edradour-ballech…
Edradour 2012 Aged 10 Years Ibisco Decanter Bourbon Matured $180 (I like bourbon matured Edradour, and have a few of these decanters stashed away): https://www.thewhiskycompany.com.au/product/edradour-2012-ag…
Shippping is killer with TWC so I recommend you go over $200.
So why should you buy the 2010 Single Cask? Because I bought it for $200 and it is quite good, it is young and fully matured in 1st fill oloroso which I prefer, and $180 is a decent price for a single cask CS sherry bomb.
Alternatively, you can pick from a wide range of STFCs which are similarly priced but only 500ml but you get a cute wooden box: https://www.nicks.com.au/search?q=edradour%20single%20cask but check the specs because most of them start in ex-bourbon and are only finished in the cask labelled.
HOMG. Edradour was the one that made me fall in love with whiskeys! Particularly the Caledonia one. Good find and highly recommend this distillery.
