  • Is there a notice period?

    • Good question. I don't know. Maybe you can find out and let us know?

Please, for the love of god, make it mandatory to state what network is utilised in the description. This is the single most important factor when deciding on a mobile provider.

Optus 4G network for those wondering.

    • Done.

switched over from TPG today after the sim arrived. Ported my number over and all seems to be working fine. I got no signal with TPG or anything vodafone related in my study where I spend most of my time. At least with this I get one bar. Doesn't appear anyway to track data usage which is fine with me since I'm always on wifi.

    • Thanks for the extended response. So you think it's a good deal?

      • +1

yeah for $10 a month and on the Optus network, its the best deal I could find currently on offer. TPG/Vodafone have shutdown their 3g network so if there's no 4g network then there is no signal. At least with Optus they still have that redundancy.

        • META: Thanks for the response - I see you don't vote on any deals 😲 but having an extended comment is probably a lot better!

  • I'm stuck at the payment page. Tried 2 cards, just keeps saying, "payment failed, please check your card details or choose another payment"

    • Try contacting via online chat if possible or phone 📞

  • There is 2% fee with MasterCard and Visa and 3.5% on Amex. Small amount but better to know. I'm also not sure why they ask for the C/C in advance. Other providers send the Sim without that
