Edit: Not sure if I'm doing it right but I've got a cart above $150 in value, applied the SLAMDUNKGL code and it only gives 20% off the merchandise but still full price shipping.
I'm having the same problem.
It takes 20% off, but shipping is still the same ($70 or so for three things).
Shame, if it was 50% off that, i'd be all over it.
I bumped my order up past $200 and the shipping discount came in to effect.
But I have no need to buy that much.

There seems to be some exclusions that they dont tell you.. When I put my order together for the last promotion I worked out that the customized parts of clothing wasn't getting the 20% off, haven't worked out what is being excluded this time though.

Managed to reduce shipping by $20 ($10 using the shipping discount) by taking off a couple of cheap tees then re-adding them, not sure exactly how its calculated but its worth playing around with taking items off and re-adding them to adjust shipping

Still figuring out my order, atm its $228 merch subtotal. I think the shipping trick I suggested doesn't work once you actually go to pay.. I had it down to $52 shipping before shipping discount, for $217 total order inc. shipping, but once I went to the next screen to pay its gone back up to $89 shipping less $44 for $232 total which is too much for me so back to the drawing board..
ignore this shipping trick, it doesn't keep the new values when you proceed to pay
I got the t-shirt as well because the 3 jerseys cost 148. Reduced the shipping by half.
